AUTOMATICALLY RESILISED. THIS TERMINATION IS IN ADDITION TO THE CRIMINAL, CIVIL
OR OTHER REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLISHER/AUTHOR.
Article 4
The Publisher/Author reserves the right to intervene on the software, to
correct it, adapt it and/or make any changes.
Article 5
It is recalled that this software is used under your sole responsibilities and
control. The Editor/Author does not guarantee that the functions contained in
this software and that they will meet your needs or that the operation of the
software will be uninterrupted and error-free.
Article 6
The Publisher/Author may not be held liable under any circumstances for any
damage (including but not limited to, direct or indirect damage caused by loss
of commercial profits, business interruption, loss of business information or
any other monetary loss) resulting from the use or inability to use the
software. The Editor/Author reminds you that for any computer system, it is
highly recommended to make a daily, weekly and monthly backup in order to

of the software. The user can terminate the license by destroying or erasing

Software is protected by international publisher/author rights regulations and
treaties. The Publisher/Author, or its potential rights holders, is the sole
holder of all intellectual property rights over the software. The user only
benefits from the user rights listed in this License, to the exclusion of all
others. The user must therefore treat the software like any other product
protected by the right of Publisher/Author (a book or videotape for example).

The user, as the licensee, owns the medium on which the software is registered
or installed, but the Publisher/Author nevertheless owns the software stored on
the original medium and all its copies, regardless of the form in which or the
medium on which the original and other copies could be saved.

This License will be automatically terminated if the terms of the Licence are
