Article 2: Price

Any prestation ordered by a customer to  EuropeSoftwares  is due by that same customer, including in case of cancellation by the customer before the service is performed.

Article 3: Payment terms

The payment of benefits takes place before anyact. The payment is made: either by cheque or by credit card. No mailing of cash will be accepted.

Article 4: force majeure

The liability of EuropeSoftwares  cannot be implemented if the non-execution,or delay in theexecution, of the ordered service or of any of the obligations described in these terms and conditions of sale arises from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external event, impribleand irresistible within the meaning of Article 1148 of the Civil Code.

In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Strasbourg Commercial Court (FRANCE) - except in the case of a dispute with an individual, in which case the dispute will be brought before the court of commerceor the commercial courtdepending on the origin of the dispute.
