The terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of EuropeSoftwares with respect to its referencing service.
Any service performed by EuropeSoftwares on behalf of an i-customer,therefore, that the customer has been made aware of these terms and conditions and that he fully adheres to these same conditions. The customer thus renounces any application of his possible terms and conditions of purchase.
One of the prestations is to present the address of your website to 100 international search engines and directories. The other service is to present the address of your website's website to the Google search engine in the200 countries where it is present.

The liability of The company EuropeSoftwares will notbeimplemented in the case of obtaining a bad ranking of the referenced site. Article 2: Price
Any prestation ordered by a customer to EuropeSoftwares is due by that same customer, including in case of cancellation by the customer before the service is performed.
Article 3: Payment terms
The payment of benefits takes place before anyact. The payment is made: either by cheque or by credit card. No mailing of cash will be accepted.
Article 4: force majeure
The liability of EuropeSoftwares cannot be implemented
if the non-execution,or delay in theexecution, of the ordered service or of any
of the obligations described in these terms and conditions of sale arises from
a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external event,
impribleand irresistible within the meaning of Article 1148 of the Civil Code.
Thus, EuropeSoftwares is not responsible, especially in the event of
an accident, server error, computer failure, as well as in the event of total
or partial strikes of any kindbytracking the smooth running of the activities
of The Company EuropeSoftwares,such as strikes of transport, postal
services, energy suppliers, telecommunications, etc.
The occurrence of a case of force majeure has the effect of suspending the
executionby EuropeSoftwares ofthe contractual obligations of the order
or the present terms and conditions of sale.
Article 5: Material competence
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of
these general conditionsof sale is subject to French law.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before
the Strasbourg Commercial Court (FRANCE) - except in the case of a dispute with
an individual, in which case the dispute will be brought before the court of
commerceor the commercial courtdepending on the origin of the dispute.
